Refund Policy
All sales are final. Cover ticket purchases made through CoverStock are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described below.
Eligible Refunds
A refund may be issued in the following situations:
- The venue cancels the event entirely and does not reschedule
- A technical error on our platform results in a duplicate charge
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, email us at support@thecoverstock.com within 48 hours of the event date. Include your name, the event details, and your order confirmation. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Resale Tickets
Tickets purchased through the CoverStock resale marketplace are subject to the same no-refund policy. Resellers are responsible for ensuring the validity of any ticket before listing it for resale.
Service Fee
The buyer service fee applied at checkout is non-refundable in all cases, including approved refunds.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
