Welcome to CoverStock. By creating an account or purchasing a cover through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CoverStock, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Description of Service
CoverStock is a marketplace that allows users to purchase cover charges for participating bars and venues, and to buy and sell covers on our peer-to-peer resale market. We are a technology platform — we are not the venue operator and do not control admissions policies.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. CoverStock reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed securely through Square. A service fee is added to each paid transaction at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount shown, including all fees.
5. No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. Cover charges are non-refundable once purchased. If a venue cancels an event, please contact us at support@thecoverstock.com and we will work with the venue to arrange a resolution. CoverStock does not guarantee admission — venues retain the right to refuse entry at their discretion.
6. Resale Market
Users may list unused covers for resale through the CoverStock marketplace. When a listing sells, the original cover is invalidated and a new ticket is issued to the buyer. CoverStock is not responsible for resale transactions that fail due to venue policy changes or event cancellations.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use bots or scripts to purchase covers; attempt to circumvent ticket limits; list covers you do not own; use the platform for fraudulent activity; or violate any applicable law. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any purchased covers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoverStock and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CoverStock after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
